Our 100% Dark Chocolate Bar is as simple as it gets: one ingredient, organic cacao. No sugar, no fillers, no extras — just pure chocolate in its most authentic form.
But behind this simplicity is a story. The cacao in this bar is grown along the lush Emerald Coast of Ecuador — Costa Esmeraldas. It comes from a family-owned farm where trees are tended with care, beans are fermented in wooden boxes for days, and then dried slowly under the coastal sun. These careful steps bring out the natural character of the beans: rich, earthy, and layered with subtle hints of fruit and flowers.
We source directly, so every bar can be traced back to the very place and people who grew it. For us, single-origin isn’t a marketing phrase — it’s a promise that what you’re tasting is Ecuador itself, captured in chocolate.

When the beans arrive in our Santa Barbara kitchen, we take the same slow, thoughtful approach. We sort, roast, grind, and temper each batch by hand, in small quantities.
