‘El Arte del Chocolate Infundido de la Pasion’

This year we are crafting chocolate from a bean we directly trade from Chontalpa, Mexico. To make our 57% and 70% cacao dark chocolate we combine organic sugar and naturally deodorized cacao butter. We then add coconut milk powder to create our milk and white chocolates which keeps all our chocolates VEGAN!  In our 70% bar we use Monk fruit sweetener that has no glycemic index.

Try our unique flavor combos and tap into an exotic adventure, or re-live a childhood memory. Our chocolate is "Not too sweet" as to spotlight the complex bean itself. Always close your eyes when melting a piece on the roof of your mouth and see where it takes you!
