Our micro-batch chocolate is made from cacao beans from Cahabón, Guatemala & Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador (Certified Direct Trade). We roast, crack and winnow the beans to become Nibs and Husks. We turn the husks into a tea and use the nibs for chocolate.
Combining naturally deodorized cacao butter, organic sugar, organic oat milk powder (for our milk, white and strawberry chocolate) and non-GMO sunflower lecithin to the nibs magically turns it into our own single origin craft chocolate. All our chocolate is VEGAN!
Fine craft chocolate truly means that because of the small batch size, we can tinker with each beans origin, adjusting roasting profiles and high lighting regional farms.
We don't use any bulk fillers, stabilizers, or preservatives. We do everything by hand. We roast, crack and winnow the bean then melange, temper and mold the liquid chocolate. We are passionate about our packaging too using original Art work on the labels and each hand painted box. You don't find handmade things much these days but it's what keeps us going.
