90% Dark Chocolate Bar

Even though this is almost black in color, which would signify a very rich quality, we find this bean from Ecuador to go dark really easily. Surprisingly sweet and just imagine the health benefits to a Bar made with 90% cacao! Our customers have held out long enough and now we are happy to finally have this recipe created.
