Our Chocolates

Here at MENCHACA CHOCOLATES, we are passionate about making the best-tasting chocolates from the finest organic ingredients. Whether that be a traditional favorite, a new exotic flavor, or a Milk, White & Strawberry Chocolate, we have a bar for you! From our Chocolate, we make 18 Bars, 3 Barks, Peanut Butter Bon Bons, Dipped Mangos, and Cacao Husk Tea!

 We are Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Makers creating seven types of VEGAN Chocolate:

Dark chocolate (60, 70, 80, & 90% Cacao)
Milk chocolate (40% Cacao)
White Chocolate
Strawberry White Chocolate

We currently use Certified Direct Trade Beans from Cahabon, Guatemala and Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador. After roasting and winnowing the beans, we add organic cane sugar, naturally deodorized cacao butter, and a pinch of non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin to all our Darks. For our Milk, White and Strawberry, we add vegan oat milk powder.
 
Check back during our Chocolaty Seasons (listed below) for New Products, Themed Gift Boxes, and Themed Chocolate & Art Experiences! We make a variety of truffles, Spicy Hot Cacao, and Chocolate Advent Calendars during these Special seasons.
